TMHOF's privacy policy, set forth below, describes how TMHOF collects, uses and protects information about individuals who visit the Site or otherwise communicate with TMHOF by mail, e-mail, telephone, telefax or otherwise. TMHOF may acquire from you anonymous information or personal information.

Non-Personal Information may include your Internet Protocol or "cookie" information. TMHOF does not connect, link or otherwise use Non-Personal Information with your Personal Information.
  • Personal information ("Personal Information") includes information specifically identifying you such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address or other information. You may be requested to provide TMHOF with Personal Information if you elect to engage in certain activity through the Site (remember that you can always avoid providing TMHOF with Personal Information simply by avoiding the feature or other aspect on the Site which requests your Personal Information. 2. Use of Non-Personal and Personal Information.

  • Non-Personal Information: Non-Personal Information may be used to find, access and fix website problems and improve the quality and functionality of the Site. Non-Personal Information may be used to determine general information about visitors to the Site such as website traffic information, times of visit, number of visits, pages visited, demographics, products and services purchased and other details. 3. Children.

Anyone visiting the Site under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in such visitor's resident state or country) should obtain his or her parent's or legal guardian's consent before using or disclosing any Personal Information through the Site. Parents and legal guardians may want to consider using available access control tools to limit children's access to websites.

TMHOF strongly advocates the protection of children's rights. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to TMHOF. TMHOF uses its reasonable efforts not to collect or maintain information from any child under the age of 13. TMHOF encourages parents or legal guardians to immediately notify TMHOF if their child under 13 has provided TMHOF with any information. In such event, TMHOF will delete such files. TMHOF may provide links from this Site to third-party websites.
